Exploring nature and its complexities has always been a passion for Kathleen. The "Life Cycles" series is inspired by the beauty and intensity of nature in its various stages. She captures flowers not only in peak bloom, but also in their beginnings with roots, pods, seeds or bulbs, through growth patterns, the seasonal dormancy and again to their renewal. Understanding nature's cycles is Kathleen's symbolic representation of man's own cycles of life-death-life.
